Exemption Performance Objective

A project not to be owner occupied by the property owner that includes at least ten (10)percent of total residential units are affordable to and occupied by households earning at or below fifty (50) percent of the area median income (AMI) as determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, for commercial residential developments (i.e. developments where greater than 50 percent of the building gross square footage is for commercial residential use).*

A Project that increases the net number of full-time equivalent positions ("FTEs") by no less than fifty (50) FTEs for commercial and industrial developments (i.e. developments where greater than fifty (50) percent of the building gross square footage is for commercial or industrial use).*
